Meet Mia Logan, PhD, PCC, PMP, CNTC, RCP
Mia Logan is an executive strategic advisor and organizational development consultant with more than 35 years of experience working with senior leaders and executives who are navigating complexity, change, and significant professional and personal demands.
Throughout her career, Mia has worked across government, national laboratories, engineering, technology, pharmaceuticals, insurance, higher education, construction, and nonprofit organizations. Her clients have included organizations such as Los Alamos National Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratories, Lockheed Martin, the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Indian Health Service, the National Park Service, and Oracle.
But credentials and experience are only part of what Mia brings to the Santa Fe Leadership Reset.
Mia understands successful leaders are often the people everyone else depends on. They are making difficult decisions, managing competing priorities, supporting their teams and organizations, and carrying responsibilities that are often invisible to those around them. From the outside, they may appear to have everything under control. Internally, however, they may be questioning what comes next, navigating a significant transition, facing a difficult decision, or simply needing the space to step back and think.
That is where Mia's work begins.
Known for her ability to quickly build trust, Mia creates a confidential space where leaders can put down the demands of their day-to-day responsibilities, think more expansively, and focus on what matters most now. Her approach combines deep listening, thoughtful inquiry, strategic perspective, and practical action.
She does not believe in one-size-fits-all leadership development.
Each Santa Fe Leadership Reset is designed around the individual—their leadership challenges, opportunities, aspirations, and the questions they may not have had the time or space to fully explore.
Mia's work is grounded in self-awareness, reflective leadership, strategic thinking, and intentional action. She helps leaders gain clarity, strengthen their ability to navigate complexity, identify what may be getting in their way, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
Her expertise includes executive and leadership development, organizational development, transformational change, strategic planning, performance improvement, and return on investment.
Mia began her career at Intel as a manager and team leader before building a successful consulting practice and serving organizations across the public and private sectors. She has also held executive-level and organizational development leadership roles at two national laboratories.
She holds her doctorate in Organizational Learning from the University of New Mexico, where her research focused on transformational change. Her research led to the development of a six-step process designed to help women and organizations create meaningful and sustainable change.
Mia has multiple professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Return on Investment Professional (RCP), NeuroTransformational Coaching Certification (CNTC), Hogan Assessments, MBTI, DISC, Social Styles, Situational Leadership II, Strengths Finder and Positive Intelligence.
The Santa Fe Leadership Reset brings together Mia's decades of experience with something leaders rarely give themselves:Ā dedicated time and space to step away, reflect, gain perspective, and intentionally decide what comes next.
This is not about fixing a leader.
It is about creating the space to reconnect with what matters, gain clarity about the challenges and opportunities ahead, and leave with a renewed sense of direction—and a practical path forward.
